Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At Chatsworth Colonic Centre, all appointments—both for new and returning clients—require a £30 deposit. This payment reserves your time slot and ensures it is held exclusively for you.
Booking & Deposit
After booking online or by phone, you will receive a link to complete the £30 deposit.
Your appointment is officially confirmed only once the deposit has been processed.
If the deposit is not paid, we are unable to secure your booking.
How the Deposit Is Applied
When you attend your session as planned, the £30 deposit is deducted from your treatment price.
This system helps us manage our schedule efficiently and reduces last-minute cancellations that leave gaps we cannot fill.
Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours beforehand.
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the £30 deposit being kept as a cancellation fee, regardless of the circumstances.
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will either be applied to your treatment or refunded upon request.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your booking and do not inform us, the £30 deposit will be retained as a no-show fee.
